What rental facilities are available at Gallery 21? |
Gallery 21 is a spacious 1000 sq foot gallery, Small Kitchen Facility (for reception items) available at 12 intervals according to upcoming years calendar.

Can I see what the rental facilities look like? |
The facility is available for 12 days intervals. Regular business hours for Gallery 21 are from 11:00a.m. to 4:00pm, 362 days a year excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years days. Contact Director for more information Director@gallery21art.com

How do I rent Gallery 21 for a show? |
Applications can be found on the website www.Gallery21art.com . It is an easy application submission. Jurying for Artist Show applications is done in the fall of the preceding year. This year applications are being accepted for the Calendar year 2012 deadline is September 12, 2011.

What is included with the rental space? |
Lighting, Hanging System (no Nails in walls), Desk and Corner Cabinet, and Two Moveable walls that are 4'x 6'6”. Electricity is included in the rental fee. All other display and or setup materials required are the responsibility of the show lesser .
Tables and chairs for use for your reception. WiFi throughout the Spanish Village Art Center., Phone Line capability.

What advertising is available for you? |
Advertising help is available for your show as long as you submit in a timely manor. To be included on the Gallery 21 Website and Balboa Park site, (90 Day advance minimum) you can submit your promotional materials to the Advertising contact in Gallery21 via website www.gallery21art.com . We will make every attempt to use the artwork supplied with your application unless we are notified in advance of additional images.
There is central Parking in the lot in front of the Spanish Village Art Center off Village place. The parking lot is in between Park Blvd and Spanish Village Art Center .

What art can be displayed? |
Only Art that has been juried by the applicants can be on display in Gallery 21. Nudes must be of a Tasteful manor and not at all pornographic. We are a Family oriented Gallery in the middle of Balboa Park . Art must be Hand Crafted by the artists. No more than 1 yr old.
